My Ford Focus got a check engine light for the first time and I had to take the car to service. Spoke to Al at the service dept and made an appointment. Took the car in and it was done the same day and to my and I had to take the car to service. Spoke to Al at the service dept and made an appointment. An amazing experience I have been leasing and buying vehicles from Quality Auto Mall for the last ten years, dealing with Mr. Dindial. I was always pleased and satisfied w I have been leasing and buying vehicles from Quality Auto Mall for the last ten years, dealing with Mr. Dindial. I was always pleased and satisfied with the salesperson and with the cars that I leased or purchased at the time. However, the last visit, on January 17, 2020, to be specific, my lease was expiring and I had decided that I will not get another vehicle for the next 6 to 8 months. However, the salesperson, Mr. Danny Dindial, worked enthusiastically with me and the numbers until we reached a very satisfactory agreement. Needless to say that the very same day instead of calling Uber to get home, I drove, once again a brand new car, exactly the one that I have previously liked. I will strongly recommend Mr. Dindial, he really look after his clients. More

Ill separate this into two. Sales: Jared is a smart professional who understands the clients needs, asks, and alike represents the dealer with the integrity id expect in this industry. Having purchased now 4 vehicles from him and the dealer, transactions are quick and understood from both sides. On my last transaction, the GSM was very friendly, coming out to talk about the car's driving behavior that I just purchased. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else, there's no tactics its just straight business. Working with their F&I is very positive also, Rob is a good guy who takes into account what i have asked for as a customer and translates that into a transaction that suits both parties. Many dealers attempt to force you and "create facts" about certain things in the finance office, this does NOT happen at Quality. Service: All vehicles purchased here I've taken for service each time and each time is pleasant. If you wait, they generally try to get you in and out quickly, specifically for the Works pack (oil and tire rotation), i had two cars services a few days ago, both were done in 30 minutes, while seemingly pretty busy. Bottom line - if you are looking for a Ford, don't go anywhere else, having used two other ford dealerships prior to using Quality, i can say they others dont come close to their service level. I am a loyal ford customer, and hope to continue enjoying my relationship with the team at Quality. More
Recently I brought my truck into Ford because there was a problem with the engine. The service manager assured me that it would be fixed in a timely manner and I got my truck back as good as new! problem with the engine. Outright horrendous service If I could give zero stars I would. I called ahead on a Wednesday for a service and checkup for my Ford Explorer and they told me to bring my car in If I could give zero stars I would. I called ahead on a Wednesday for a service and checkup for my Ford Explorer and they told me to bring my car in on Thursday morning. I dropped the car off Thursday morning trusting my car would be taken care of and serviced. To make a long story short, after three days of basically no correspondence and me calling repeatedly I was told "they were working on it" until finally I was told the car wouldn't be ready until Monday. So now I am without a car for five days, being misled thinking that work is being done (which it wasn't), and not being compensated for this inconvenience in any type of way. I would not recommend this dealership. Their customer care is severely lacking and they do not work efficiently. Very dissatisfied customer!!! More
Called on a Friday after Christmas for a Saturday appt. Jeff was great in scheduling service for a recall. Arrived on Saturday morning at 7:35am and was warmly greeted by Al in the service dept. who kindly Jeff was great in scheduling service for a recall.
