No customer service. I feel like you get no personal service there. The customer service reps do not seem to care. (John I think) By the time he told me my car was ready, it was too late to get there in traffic. More
Good service Harry was very professional and knowledgable. However, one problem was that the technician who worked on my vehicle did not fully charge my Pacifica Harry was very professional and knowledgable. However, one problem was that the technician who worked on my vehicle did not fully charge my Pacifica Hybrid after service even though the service sheet stated it was charged. I suspect he/she was rushing to the next car and thus did not properly finish the electric charge. More
Friendly, efficient, customized service I took my Mazda3 to the Burlingame Putnam Mazda service center for its first 6-month service. Although I did not purchase my Mazda through their sal I took my Mazda3 to the Burlingame Putnam Mazda service center for its first 6-month service. Although I did not purchase my Mazda through their sales department, they still treated me with so much respect and friendliness. I am 100% pleased to have them as my local Mazda service center and I can rest assured they will keep my car in tip-top shape without much effort on my part. They took are of all the Maintenance Service Contract paperwork. Highly recommended Service Center! More

I got a different story every time I called about what was wrong, as well as deadlines that they didn't meet. They rarely if ever followed up with me, requiring me to constantly call them to get updates. They acted like I was a pest the whole time. Finally get the car back and there are now two dents in the car and they won't return my calls. Shady, shady dealership and service department. More
