No customer service. I feel like you get no personal service there. The customer service reps do not seem to care. I am 100% pleased to have them as my local Mazda service center and I can rest assured they will keep my car in tip-top shape without much effort on my part. They rarely if ever followed up with me, requiring me to constantly call them to get updates. They acted like I was a pest the whole time. Finally get the car back and there are now two dents in the car and they won't return my calls. Shady, shady dealership and service department. More
