From about half of the Subaru dealerships I contacted, the response was sarcasm or contempt but from Putnam their response was not only the best price proposal, but they were courteous and entirely willing to do business with me. Putnam Subaru is an organized, friendly, and professional environment. They made the otherwise unpleasant experience of buying a new car a breeze. They have repeatedly followed up with me to check in and make sure everything is going perfectly, and thanks to them it all has been. I recommend Putnam Subaru without hesitation. More

Quick & Easy I came in and told Ash who greeted me that I was shopping around for the best lease arrangement for an S60. I showed him the quote I got from another I came in and told Ash who greeted me that I was shopping around for the best lease arrangement for an S60. I showed him the quote I got from another dealer. He showed me some cars and we did a test drive. During the test drive he provided more info about the car. We came back and I asked how long it would take to do the paperwork because I had a dinner date. Ash was very personable with no pressure. Great experience overall! More

He identified the problem immediately and reassured me that it would be taken care of, checked on the warranty and resolved the issue promptly. He also recommended a 24k service, which I agreed to. My subee runs like a dream and Derrick provided super friendly service which I didn’t expect from a dealership service department. I’ll be coming back to Derrick for all my subee needs - he’s the best! More
