We now live 90 min away ,but continue to come to Putnam Lexus because of the wonderful care they give to all clients and their vehicles. Started off rough but, ended well! Had an appointment to drop off car for service and to begin with was not attended to until 25 minutes later and since I had another appointment I was Had an appointment to drop off car for service and to begin with was not attended to until 25 minutes later and since I had another appointment I was cutting it close time wise! Then was told that my maintenence service would cost me since my warranty had run out...I think I should have been told this during my last service or when I made the appointment..though somewhat my fault not being aware of it. Then was told an Uber was going to shuttle me when it finally ended up being the company shuttle. Through all this though when car was done the service manager, Richard, said all would be complimentary due to my inconveinence. So alls well that ends well I guess. More
