A convert I bought my first Lexus at Putnam and stopped going because of the service department. Over the years, or perhaps due to management changes the service team has vastly improved. My most recent service was outstanding. The customer lounge area is always so clean/restrooms too. I don't mind waiting. I can have tea, coffee, eat my lunch, read (take a nap).
