Continuous uperb vehicle and customer service When I lived in WA, with one child in Palm Desert, CA and the other in Hillsborough, CA, my frequent travels to both gave me access to three top Lexus When I lived in WA, with one child in Palm Desert, CA and the other in Hillsborough, CA, my frequent travels to both gave me access to three top Lexus dealerships in the West Coast for over a decade. Lexus of Bellevue, where I bought my car, is the nation's third largest Lexus dealer with a very high and well deserved customer service program. Desert Lexus in Palm Springs is the smallest of the three but a capable Lexus service facility. Putnam Lexus has a customer service program that makes the other two, both more than adequate, pale in comparison. While the online part of the service program is a bit quirky, the personal service rendered by the staff in both handling the work and actually performing it is superb in every respect. I get my car back from any service as if it were brand new. Recently, in addition to the regularly scheduled service at 135,000 they installed a new radiator and new front control arms. When I drove it home, I noticed three things: 1) it was smoother mechanically than the brand new RX model I used as a loaner; 2) it was much quieter mechanically and on the road than the new loaner;, and 3) it was if I just drove a brand new 2008 RX400Lh out of the showroom. Prior to, during, and after the service I received text updates as to what was going on the whole time. My top service advisor, Kent, called to review it all as it was finished. I received a follow up thank you message from the dealership as well as another from Kent. I always received the same from Greg Dong, who is now rightfully and deservedly the Service Manager at Putnam Lexus. This is the stuff of a well conceived, well managed, and successful customer service program. Others could well try to copy it. More

I felt respected as a customer and although car deals are anxious affairs, all went smoothly. Robert gave me some tips about the cool features of my new car.
