We traded in our vehicle for our 1st Subaru Outback and are so pleased with the entire experience. Everyone was very friendly and laid back - not something you see very often at a car dealership. Each time we were made to feel at home, they offered us drinks/snacks (very popular with my children) - they even have a "snack" area for your 4-legged friends, how thoughtful. While buying new car is not inherently pleasurable, buying from Proctor Subaru was certainly not painful.
