Their up to date website was also very helpful. I did not feel like we had to haggle to the last dime to get a fair price on the car and trade in. I was also extremely pleased with the options presented at the time of purchase pertaining to an extended Subaru warranty. Most people thought I was crazy to fly to FL to buy a car and drive it back to CO. Now I know that it was the best possible decision. I'd recommend Proctor Subaru to anyone looking for a new or used car. I usually avoid working with dealers in favor of private party sales and independent repair shops. Having worked with the folks at Proctor, I'll be disappointed to not be able to work with them for my ongoing needs related to my 2009 Subaru Outback. Thanks for a great experience! More

Able, Mark and Charlie are each very professional and also very friendly; at NO time did I feel any of the usual sales pressure I've experienced in previous car buying transactions. They were able to answer all of my questions and did so without hesitation. We weren't sure exactly what we wanted or whether we wanted a Subaru for that matter when we first stopped by Proctor Subaru. When we asked direct questions about various options, their answers were honest and not insincere responses to try to encourage us to buy something we didn't need or might not later want. We appreciated that very much. When an issue arose regarding a slight miscommunication about some extra equipment, the matter was taken care of quickly and professionally and reasonably. Again, we appreciated that. The dealership was very pleasant to work with and I would recommend them to friends. We look forward to using this dealer for maintenance on the car we selected.
