In fact, I have gone to other dealers due to their very poor customer service and poor business practices. Mr Thornton singlehandedly turned my previous poor experiences to more than I could have hoped. I was treated as if I were the only customer he had. Between Mr Thornton and Mr Mayassi, I was treated like they would treat their family. I am extremely happy with both of them and anticipate an excellent working relationship in the future. I can't say enough positive things about this General Sales Manager and Sales Consultant. My only negative comment would be to not have been able to get the color vehicle I wanted. Timing is everything and trying to get the desired vehicle at the end of the year wasn't possible. They did everything else to make up for this...including bringing the car on the showroom floor and putting a very large bow on it.....Very nice touch!!!!! More

All workers on call appeared to have a "purpose". Some engaged in friendly conversation among themselves which gave the impression they enjoyed working at this storefront. Loan Process: Relatively quick...Wish customer had the option of filing out the loan application electronically while at the dealership…Would be more user friendly for both the customer and I‘m sure the back office personnel would appreciate not having to decipher my “chicken scratch” handwriting.
