I previously owned a Lexus in 2008/09 (from Pohanka Lexus in Chantilly, VA). I loved my ES350 and the only reason I sold it was because I went overseas for the Department of State. I retired from the Diplomatic Corps and thought I'd treat myself to a Mercedes - despite having a great experience with my Lexus. Turns out I should never have left Lexus. I have since moved to Va. Beach and out of the blue last Thursday, decided that I really missed my Lexus (the drive simply cannot be beat) AND that Mercedes wasn't all it was cracked up to be. I've always wanted an LS460 and while driving my Mercedes around town, I'd see an LS460 every now and then and sigh out loud.... so.. I did it. I now have my white LS460 and couldn't be happier. I LOVE LOVE LOVE it. Beyond the product, what brought me back is the service. Lexus service centers are the best. Seriously. It just doesn't get any better. I am looking forward to a long relationship with Charles Barker Lexus. I'm with Lexus to stay, that's for sure! Frenchy introduced me to Jeremy and I can already tell they're a terrific team to have behind me as I navigate my way thru owning such a perfect vehicle. Best. Karen Miller More

We have had a good experience with CB Lexus on buying new cars. We have been less thrilled with the maintenance and attention to detail. When bringing cars in for maintenance, we have found that on many tr cars. We have been less thrilled with the maintenance and attention to detail. When bringing cars in for maintenance, we have found that on many trips the car washing aparatus has been broken - more often broken than not. In other issues, we took a car in and found that it needed AC filters and the car was returned with the note that it needed these filters. Even thought we were waiting in the maintenance area, we were not asked if we wanted them replaced, which we did. It entailed another hour or so because no one thought to come to us while we were waiting. On another occasion we thought we were getting a loaner car, just to find out that you had to reserve the care which no one bothered to tell us. We have now purchased 3 cars from CB Lexus, including 2 new cash sales - a 2012 460 and now a 2012 RX. These experiences have been largely positive, but calling CB Lexus for service appointments is still more of a trial than a positive experience and whether the maintenance will be honored is always a big mystery. While we are positive about Lexus automobiles having driven them since about 1991, we retain the luxury of saying "the jury is still out on the efficiency of the CB dealership." Let it be known that we dealt with Pohanka Lexus in Fairfax, VA for many years and had only the highest of ratings for them. The CB maintenance has not reached that level of professionalism. More

Dealer ( Mr. Gregory) was one of the most friendly and helpful individual that I have experienced since buying vehicles from Lexus dealerships. Over the past six months I researched Lexus over the internet and made a decision that I would purchase a new 2013 Lexus GS 350 upon my return to the States from Germany.
