Charles Barker personnel are pleasant, courteous and professional. I have used the service department to maintain my Lexus and purchased a second previously Lexus several years ago. Throughout my ten-year relationship with Charles Barker Lexus, I have been always received first-class professional service. I have especially enjoyed working with two employees, Lillie Stanfield and John Ketch. Lillie has been my service advisor and her support has been outstanding. She is a very conscientious young lady, who always performs in a low-key but professional manner. She understands customer service and is a joy to deal with. Her pleasant demeanor and ability to get along with the customer make service visits less stressful. John was my salesman when purchasing a used Lexus. He was personable, professional and thoroughly knowledgeable of his product line. The emails I sent to Virginia Beach and Newport News were ignored for some reason. However once I contacted Mark Davis at the Newport News dealership he made things happen. Then I had the opportunity to work with Mohamad T. Mayassi to close the deal on the purchase of a Certified Preowned 2011 Lexus ES 350. Customer Service I took my 2015 RX 350 in for its 5,000 mile service. The staff was wonderful, however one individual went above and beyond. When I picked up my car I took my 2015 RX 350 in for its 5,000 mile service. The staff was wonderful, however one individual went above and beyond. When I picked up my car I asked to speak to someone about a spot I had on the car. They sent Matthew Goodwin, from detailing out to speak to me. I asked him if he knew what I could use to remove the spot, which i thought was tree sap. He looked at it and said that was was it was and he noticed a couple of other minor scratches on my car. He asked me if I had 10 minutes and I said yes. He took my car and not only removed the tree sap he got the scratches out. Thank you for having such a wonderful team working for you!!! More
