John provided a relaxed situation that had been (for me and for my wife) stressful in the past at other dealerships. We had looked at other premium brands, but decided that our overall satisfaction with her 2004 RX left us with no option than to replace it with another when buying time came around. We are most pleased with our purchase and found all the folks at Barker very pleasant to deal with. There was never any pressure, never anything but the desire to put us in a new car that met our needs. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a luxury vehicle. We also returned to them based on the quality service we have received on the old Lexus, and expect nothing to change in the future. More
