The attitude of all sales and managerial personnel was warm and willing. Instruction about features on the vehicle and how to operate the new features was exceptional. At first I was dubious and somewhat intimidated by the number of choices in vehicles, but Khaled made it a good experience without pressure. I left the dealership with information about two vehicles and weighed the features and choices at home with my wife. Within two hours we had made our decision and when I calle Khaled he informed me that he would reserve the car of my choice and asked only one question regarding financing. When I informed him that I did not finance vehicles there were no further questions except one -- When would I like to pick up the car? The vehicle was prepped and ready on my arrival and we were given a demonstration by a charming young lady -- (Radia, I believe). This definitely was a December to remember! We were going on vacation for a week in Williamsburg, Va. We decided to go by Charles Barker Lexus on the way, just to look around. We were looking to trade in our 2006 Lexus for a 2010 or 2011 model, sometime in the future, but no hurry. Chester approached us with a very frendly personality. He was a great help in looking over the used cars and suggested looking at a new one. I agreed but had no intention of buying one. He made me an offer that wasn't what I was looking for. I made him a proposal that I thought was fair for everyone. He negotiated it with the sales manager and came back saying we had a deal. I have never bought a car that quick in the last 46 years.
