They washed my car for me; wonderful. I was scheduled for the coating I bought at purchase to be put back on my car due to an accident, and my husband asked me to have the tires rotated al I was scheduled for the coating I bought at purchase to be put back on my car due to an accident, and my husband asked me to have the tires rotated also (which I didn't preschedule). When I brought in the problem, they said, "No problem doing the tire rotation also", It did seem to throw them off a little, though, because someone who was going to do the coating suggested I come in another day and have all the car treated instead of just one panel. He told me they could wash the car for me for $15.00. I agreed; however, if your scheduler(s) understood how long that coating took to put on and would have taken the time to investigate a little before I got there, I wouldn't have had to bring it back. It's not a big deal to me, but that does mean another trip to Roanoke to get it done. I did have a light on when I got the car back (Low Tire Pressure), and called and left a message for the Service Manager, but still, no call. I am a little concerned that he (or she), hasn't bothered to call and see what the problem is. On a positive note, the waiting room is nice and comfortable; it was a nice wait. More
