Wonderful car buying experience. We were promptly greeted when we walked into the show room and was shown some cars we were interested in owning. The financing part of the deal went smoothly and was out of there with a new car in under 2 hours. More
Took too long I brought my car in at the appointment time of 8:30 am but was never called about my repair work all day. At 4:45 pm I called and was told my car was JUST being looked at. SO why did I bother to make an 8:30 am appointment if you weren't even going to look at it for over 8 hours. Ridiculous. I was called with what needed to be done at 5:45 pm and was called at 7:25 that my car was FINALLY ready. Really!!! I had a ride to come pick up my car at 5 pm but wasn't able to pick it up that late. The actual repair was doen well. More

Although a long wait I arrived in the middle of the morning expecting to wait some time. I only came that late due to prior commitment. Shoddy, shoddy I purchased a 2011 Certified Honda Civic from Woodson Honda, I will never return there for a car or service ever. I test drove the car, took it to my I purchased a 2011 Certified Honda Civic from Woodson Honda, I will never return there for a car or service ever. I test drove the car, took it to my brother in law, he advised not to buy the car due to the recognizable bumper damage. Against my brother in laws advice I purchased the car under the assurances that the damages would be fixed. That was in July, in August I hit a pothole going 70 mph and the bumper breaks. I return home, took the car for an oil change and a bumper repair. Needless to say I did get my bumper fixed by a clip and more assurances that I won't have any more problems with the bumper. 2 days later the bumper falls again, call customer service and they advise they just did a 900 dollar bumper repair in August...(shouldn't that have a warranty?) they refuse to fix it, and overcharged me for my oil change (that I did not need) I contact service again, and was treated very rudely. Last month I hit a deer with the left side of my car, my local repairman asks me when I wrecked the car...I obviously had hit something on the right... Fast forward to this month, having overheating issues with the car. Take it to a different Honda Dealer, they ask me when the car was wrecked again!!! Damage repaired with after market parts in a completely different area then where I hit the deer... my local repairman, and my local garage are now under the impression that I bought a Certified used wrecked car. My salesman even apologized and said it should have never been on the lot, he no longer works for Woodson Honda... Woodson Honda will not return my calls. I am so upset for spending my hard earned money on a "wrecked" car, that the 300 point certified guarantee is xx and I have lost my peace of mind... More
