Woodson Honda's staff have always been friendly and makes me feel welcomed each time I stop by. After moving here a few years ago, I was in search of a Honda dealer. I have used this dealership for service before, but never purchased a vehicle from them. Even though there is a Honda dealer much closer to where I currently live, I will drive to Roanoke because of the excellent customer service offered by Woodson Honda. Half the time! I missed my appointment the day before but came as a walk-in. I had to wait a while for someone to help me, but once they did they were very friendly I missed my appointment the day before but came as a walk-in. I did not know my first service was free!!!! Fantastic. It was also nice to have drinks and snacks in the waiting room. More
