Pride Hyundai was professional and very little fluff, pressure or the normal BS that most dealerships make you go through. They were fair and upfront. The only downside is the market right now being that pressure or the normal BS that most dealerships make you go through. They were fair and upfront. The only downside is the market right now being that there is 0 negotiation but that is anywhere at the moment, the great thing with Pride Hyundai is they aren’t going above and beyond to gouge money out of their customers like many other dealerships with the “market adjustment” markup. They give you a fair price and made the sales process easy. Angel was very friendly and made the process very easy. The Finance office (I forgot the name of the lady we worked with) also wasn’t very pushy they offered their products said why they were good and then when we declined they said ok thank you and that was it no constant upselling of things I did not need. Thank you for not being pushy, it is one of the most annoying things at a dealership so it was nice to not have that. Overall I will come back in the future if I need another commuter car or something else in the future and I’d feel comfortable referring them to friends and family. Thanks. More

Amazing. Rude when I came into the showroom. Would not let me test drive the vehicle. Low balled me by 10 k on my trade. Walked out. Horrible experience. But Rude when I came into the showroom.
