He gave us great laughs on our way there, and upon arriving escorted us to the Financial Advisor Joseph Zaccaria who helped us get my dream car at a dream rate. Zaccaria was very thorough and even though me and my mother ran into some self-induced snags he managed to help us out of them and get us right into my new car. My 2015 black beauty is now due for delivery on Friday and I couldn't be more ecstatic! Joe was so great, even though it was towards the end of the day, he took the time to see if he could assist with any questions or education about the vehicles of interest. He didn't try to sell, he just made himself available if needed. Like having a conversation between two friends. :-). The interest pulled the conversation from the lot to inside the dealership. Jack Kasiotis was another member of the team that joined the shopping experience and was extremely helpful. Well with such professionalism, warmth, and customer service, We returned a couple of days later on a snowy Saturday and met another team member Gabriella Rizzuti (Caltabellotta) as Jack was not available. Gabriella was great, her professionalism, hospitality, customer service, and attention to every detail was outstanding. Within just a few hours (just a few- believe it! ) we drove out with a great new vehicle that we're looking forward to enjoying for many years to come. My sales rep Gabriella took the time to make every facet of my purchase seamless and even allowed a vehicle garage lift for my personal inspection. Only 24 hours into ownership a small glitch presented itself in my BMW wagon and the entire staff, especially Brian and Joe in the service department, took the time to not only repair the glitch but kept me in the loop throughout the entire process.
