Very poor customer service Just overrall bad experience . I love the car, but this dealership had very poor communication skills and show their customers very little interest. They just want to get rid of what they have for the most amount of money. My experience in general was horrible, i literally sold the car to myself and then when i go to pick up the car whoever they had to prep the buy, scratched the windshield of a BMW . Before leaving with the car after purchase they told me they would take care of the windshield, first they forgot about me , i had to chase them all the way through . Then they had given me a bunch of excuses of where the scratch came from , Mind you when i test drove the vehicle the scratch wasnt there AND the vehicle was driven by the GM before my purchase or interest.They sent me to one place and said they would call back , never received a call or even an update on the situation , so they pretty much left me flat out . I gave 2 weeks before writing this review . so now i have this huge safety hazard in my direct sight of driving . Ruins the whole experience of owning a bmw. More

USED CAR BUYING MADE EASY After car totaled dreaded looking for a 'new' used car. Greeted by the receptionist with a smile and offer of assistance. He was friendly. and low key allowing me to take in all the information and to return next day with someone who was more knowledgeable then myself about cars. Kelvin answered all our questions and continued to offer to make himself available even after making the purchase. Jose in finance was personable and worked to get me a better interest rate even after a quote had been made. Facility is exceptionally clean and makes you feel like you are purchasing a high end car v. used moderate range car. The tell tale example is that this dealership does not smell of gasoline and oil like so many others do and you can eat off their floors. It is easy to see that the owners/management take pride in putting their best foot forward.. Had a far better experience with Prestige then another dealership in the area that I did business with in June, 2016. More

Wonderful, low pressure used car purchase. I have visited this dealership several times in the past year. I was always greeted right away, and asked if I needed any assistance. I have looked at 3-4 cars over my past visits, and this last time, we decided to purchase a Lexus. Kelvin Joseph, the salesperson, was kind, helpful, and entertained any questions or requests that we presented. He came into the dealership on his day off, all the way from Westchester, to let us test drive any car that we requested, not making us feel pressured with regard to time or length of test drive. Lastly, Kelvin made sure the car was ready as promised when we arrived to pick up our purchase with no disappointments as to our expectations. Jose, the financial guru, was excellent to deal with. He went as far as coming in on his day-off to finish writing our contract so that we would be ready for pick up the next day. Lastly, Woody, the debonair manager, made certain that we were well taken care of and that our total experience was rewarding. More a formality as he knows his team is great! Lastly, the service technician was kind enough to place the car on the lift, let us examine the undercarriage and answer any questions to our satisfaction. Wow! More

Used "new to me" truck I had been keeping my eye out for a pickup truck for some, looking for the right vehicle and the right deal. As I was going through used vehicles onli I had been keeping my eye out for a pickup truck for some, looking for the right vehicle and the right deal. As I was going through used vehicles online, I spotted a very clean looking 2013 Chevy Silverado with a nice price- well below market value, as it had been listed for a few months. I sent my contact info and within an hour, Kevin Linton contacted me. After some conversation, I agreed to drive to Middletown that evening, arriving around 5:45. After some discussion and a very generous offer for my trade-in, I agreed to purchase the truck , if the payment was within my budget. Thanks to Joe and Jose, who negotiated a reasonable payment, I drove out at 9:00 with my "brand new to me" used truck which, by the way, had all the appearances of a new truck. Starting with my first contact with Kevin, through the finance aspect and right up to today, I can't say enough good things about Prestige!!
