I have brought my vehicle to Preferred Ford's service center a few times and I can say that their service is top-notch. Employees are responsive and courteous. Their reception area and even their workshop is kept very clean. Work is generally done in a very timely manner and at a competitive price. It has everything from oil changes, to tires, to parts. We purchased an 09 car from them. Not being a mechanic me and the wife relied on the Ford dealership for all safety inspections and mechanical inspections, a mistake. We drove the car home with a bad sway arm link, and two front tires with threads showing,(only noticeable if one was to crawl under the car). They fixed the sway arm link, but tefused to do anything about the tires, now we are stuck buying $650.00 tires,,,17-235-55's. They went as far as saying those weren't the tires we bought it with, even though i have pictures of it the day we bought it in the lot. Needless to say, I'M NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN. More
