The sales contract was jaked up with all kind of add on cost, my wife and I walked out although I the truck was perfect for me. Received several phone calls to return with promises to honor what we agreed on. No thank you, can't trust you. Saw a Honda Ridgeline advertised on line at Pre-Owned Gallery. I called and made an offer for an out the door price. I received a call back while I was checking out other trucks confirming acceptance of my offer. Went to the office, drove the truck and loved it. The bottom line that I wrote the check for was the cost we agreed to on the phone. I love doing business with people who do what they say! More

The experience from making the first call into Ted about the vehicle, from test driving it, Ted patiently waiting for my husband to try every single button, knob and gadget in the car through to agreeing a price and completing the paperwork was very smooth. The service from all the team was great and at no point felt any pressure. They were aware of our time constrictions so got us out the door - a lot of that is credit to Sookie who was on fire; clearly knows how to do her job and does it exceptionally well. There were 2 small issues with the car, Nilson didn't quibble or deflect - it was a simple, 'yes' I'll get that fixed for you'. I absolutely love my 'new' car and the experience we had with the team at Pre-Owned Gallery has made it taste so much sweeter! Our son will be driving soon - so definitely will contact the team when we start our search. More
