I know my credit is not the best but they work hard and got me a great deal. I love the fact that I pull off the lot with a tag and not a paper tag as well. To the staff I truly thank you from the bottom of my heart. You not only provided me but my four sons as well with a great car. I'm now driving a nice 2008 Infiniti G37X. 10/10 for professionalism, pleasantness, paperwork and follow up! Having literally arrived from Ireland two days previously I spotted an ad for a car on line that I was interested in and I visited Pre-own follow up! Having literally arrived from Ireland two days previously I spotted an ad for a car on line that I was interested in and I visited Pre-owned Gallery. I dealt with Josh, the young salesman, Nelson, one of the owners, and the formidable Sooki who runs everything like clockwork! They were all extremely pleasant and helpful. When I bought the car I didn't realise that there are about 10 documents to be signed in the US, as opposed to just one in Ireland! I also needed a 'tag'. Sooki dealt with all of this with super efficiency and as they are licensed to sell tags I didn't have to do anything else or go to any other office - a huge plus for me. Once I had the insurance organised I took possession of the car which had been thoroughly cleaned and valeted. A couple of hours later I had a mechanical problem and, although I had bought the car 'as is', when I returned to the dealership they rectified the problem there and then and were super nice about it. In conclusion, if you're looking for a good used car contact these great folks on OBT!! David. More
