I spoke with a Sales Representative named Susie in the afternoon to confirm the availability of a 2009 Volkswagen Rabbit. She was friendly and confirmed the vehicle was still available and scheduled an ap afternoon to confirm the availability of a 2009 Volkswagen Rabbit. She was friendly and confirmed the vehicle was still available and scheduled an appointment with me to view the car between 5-6pm the same evening. So, I left work early and made the 25 mile (1 hour) commute to the shop. First, this shop is NOT in the best neighborhood; Be sure to take someone with you and lock your windows and doors. Second, there is not ample parking for customers... I guess not many people visit them (and now I know why). Third, I went in and was greeted by a gentlemen who was friendly (at the least). I let him know I was there to see Susie. Little did I know... "Susie left early for a doctor's appointment and probably will not be returning for the day." I figured, no big deal, this gentleman can surely help me. I replied, "No problem, I am here to see a 2009 Volkswagen Rabbit." He replies, "Oh the Rabbit?? That car is already sold, I took a deposit for it on Saturday" (It was now Monday by the way). He continues, "It's not Susie's fault she probably wasn't aware. I can still show you the car if you'd like. Also, I have a Jetta?" My jaw was on the floor because I couldn't believe how UNPROFESSIONAL and the LACK OF COMMUNICATION in this dealership. So, my questions to the dealership are: 1) How do you CONFIRM the availability of a vehicle and SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT for a vehicle that has already been SOLD??? 2) How is it that the SALES REPRESENTATIVE leaves early and doesn't let the person whom she has an appointment with, know??? 3) Why would I want to see a car that has already been sold??? (That makes me feel so secure about my purchase and putting a deposit on a vehicle when they'll willingly show it to the next person with a better offer... feel bad for whoever bought it). 4) Why would I want to see a JETTA when I came to see a RABBIT??? Oh, because they only have a measly selection of 10 cars to choose from. Sure, you asked for a Ferrari, well here's a Toyota?!?! I have several other questions that will never be answered, but I will end with this... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CRAPPY (for lack of better words) DEALERSHIP. Very unprofessional, and I would never trust doing a transaction with a place that provides service this way. More

I really enjoyed my time at the dealership, but, i was content with my purchase and i wish i could of gotten some more incentives, in the end i was happy.
