But my visit to Potamkin I was met by sales associate, Paul Solis, he made me feel very comfortable, he was very knowledgable about my 2013 Azera. I had already test driven the vehicle at another dealership, so it was just a matter of reviewing the features on the vehicle and confirming the price. The price was exactly what I had been quoted and the deal was done. Quickly and professionally the vehicle was ready as soon as I wanted it. Even though the dealer is in Manhattan, the location on the East Side was very easy to test drive the car. In the process of speaking to Nathan, (because my regular representative Ron was on vacation) I had intended to take advantage of address a recall. In the process of speaking to Nathan, (because my regular representative Ron was on vacation) I had intended to take advantage of your New Years special for oil and filter change, and he made me aware of the fact that I was due for my 75.000 mile service, which would include the oil and filter change. Based upon his recommendation I decided to do the 75.000 mile service instead. He was very caring and informative without being pushy, which i greatly appreciated. With regard to Paula, she is an absolute joy to deal with. My husband had a stroke last year, and she always greets me warmly, and asks how her is doing and sends him her regards. Needless to say, to me, dealing with cars is almost as bad as shopping for a new pair of eyeglasses, something I also dread... Until Jack and Michael from Potamkin. From the first phone conversation I had with Jack to my driving out in a brand new, beautiful Elantra Limited, all of my fears were 100% unwarranted. They gave me an excellent price and helped answer every question I had. Michael even helped me pick out insurance options. I felt I was dealing with family members who had my best interest at heart. Without questions, hands down, I would purchase my next vehicle here and recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car! More
After contacting more than a half-dozen Ford and Hyundai dealers, I narrowed my purchase down to either a new Ford Fusion or a late model Hyundai Genesis sedan. Initially, I was inclined to buy a new Fusion dealers, I narrowed my purchase down to either a new Ford Fusion or a late model Hyundai Genesis sedan. Initially, I was inclined to buy a new Fusion Hybrid. At the last moment I decided to give the Genesis a last look. Even then, the 2014 Ford Fusion was my first choice. However, once I contacted Potamkin Hyundai in Manhattan, I began to rethink things. The salesman with whom I dealt, Paul Solis, and the dealership's manager, Jack Schwartz, could not have been more accommodating. They never pressured me nor dismissed any concerns I raised. I've been buying cars since the 60's. I have never been treated as well or as fairly. I hope that the Genesis I purchased meets my expectations, because I'd like to be able to become a repeat customer. I am delighted with the treatment I received, as well as with the value of my purchase. More

The way this dealership communicated and treated me should be used as a model for all dealerships. I must admit that I was downright skeptical of Jack's claim of "no games", that the deal I was receiving seemed too good to be true and that I'd be hit with some extra fees or a bait and switch. I received EXACTLY what I was promised without exception. Picking up the vehicle was quick and I received a thorough review of all the features and functionality. A few days later, Paul called to make sure that all was still great. I've already told family and friends that they should consider a Hyundai and that if they want an outstanding experience to go directly to Jack and Paul at Potampkin. If this Elantra is as good as my last, I'll just keep buying them. Great car and great dealership behind it. Thank you! More
