Jack Schwartz was very helpful and put me in the hands of a polite, well informed salesman, David Manheim. David made the return of my old Sonata and the process of getting my new one a pleasant one! Not only was he great to me...but extremely polite and courteous to my mom who was with me. (And to an Italian girl...that means a lot!) I will highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested! Excellent and honest! I was straightforward with my needs and wants, and I was presented with options that met them. I've bought other cars, and I've spent hours and hours at dealerships, but this was the first time that it was fairly quick while being thorough and providing excellent service. Painless and Pleasurable Never having bought a new car before and having experienced high pressure tactics by salesmen at two other Hyundai dealerships prior to visiting Potam Never having bought a new car before and having experienced high pressure tactics by salesmen at two other Hyundai dealerships prior to visiting Potamkin, I approached my trip to Potamkin Hyundai with trepidation. I was expecting the same, but much to my surprise and delight, this was to be a different experience. My salesman was David Manheim. We sat down, discussed my driving habits and needs, and agreed that an Elantra would be the best fit for me. I looked at a few cars in the lot, and we reviewed some of the options available. Lo and behold, I purchased my new Elantra in less than 2 hours. David was friendly, informative, and reassuring. Add to that, the prices at Potamkin Hyundai were much better than the prices I was quoted at the two other Hyundai dealerships I visited prior to this one. The on-site cafeteria, and Jack Schwartz, the uber-knowledgeable and helpful manager were all added bonuses. I left Potamkin Hyundai as a very satisfied customer. More
