I was expecting there would be lots of caveats and/or a poor car buying experience due to the low price but, thankfully, I was completely wrong about that. From my first phone call with Jack Schwartz through coming to the dealership and working with Bryan Goodwin we had a fantastic experience. There was never any pressure or sales tactics to steer us to anyone more expensive. We simply came in, were shown cars fitting our exacts requirements, we're quoted a price and after finishing the financial details we walked out that night with a brand new car. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car. More

Great Car Buying Experience I went into the dealership to pick up my car which I had brought in for service. Before i picked it up, i decided to look at the new cars and see what I went into the dealership to pick up my car which I had brought in for service. Before i picked it up, i decided to look at the new cars and see what options were available to me for a trade in. Nelson, the salesman on the floor greeted me at the door. We spoke about what i was looking for and in a matter of hours we had a signed deal and I walked off the lot with a brand new 2016 Sonata. A+ experience! More

Now that it is all over, I wish I would'v "This purchase was totally a spur of the moment decision. I fully did not expect to walk out with a vehicle. Now that it is all over, I wish I would've taken my time and I that I had prepared myself in advance. My credit isn't great which is why I did not expect to leave with anything, but if I had known that it was good enough to get a lease or that I could do some sort of negotiation, that would've been better. My intentions were to go in for the ""you work your drive"" program and to finance a used car. I was told that a lease would better for me financially (since the monthly payments are my main concern). I had never purchased a newer vehicle before as all my other cars were direct purchases from a seller and was usually a very old car. This was my first experience with an actual dealership. My only complaints (and not really complaints) have to do with trying to get a reasonable monthly payment. There was a little bit of back and forth between the salesman and his manager. It was not a great deal at all (although the insurance quote was great at only $30 more a month for full coverage as opposed to liability)..Once I finally agreed to a ""reasonable"" monthly amount I had to meet the finance manager to finalize...I was offered some additional protection at an additional cost as well as the request to collect the tax. Now, I had never dealt with a dealership before so this took me by surprise. I was not prepared to pay any additional costs besides the $500 I put down and the $200 for my trade in (which was kind of an insult, i'm sure I've could've gotten more if I sold it myself). So by now I'm stressed sitting in the finance managers office and he was able to give me a ""deal"" which ultimately bought my monthly payment back up. So, the I guess the fault is mine for being a ""virgin"" new car customer. I'll know better next time..I think leasing from Hyundai in itself isn't a bad deal, pretty good warranty etc..I feel like I got a very basic car for a lot more than I'm comfortable paying monthly. Though, the car is much better than what I came in with, so I guess that's the trade off. Let's see what happens in three years." More
