friendliest and most helpful employees Had to bring my vehicle up to dealership for 90K tune up; they got me the same loaner as I drive, kept it for the time I needed it, and when my kid go Had to bring my vehicle up to dealership for 90K tune up; they got me the same loaner as I drive, kept it for the time I needed it, and when my kid got sick at school and I was unable to return the vehicle, they let me return it that following Monday. They help me with all my things that are in one car to another. I had other issues present themselves at the time of the appt and they looked at everything. They charged me for only what was done, didn't feel like I was being sold anything extra. Really feel comfortable when I go up there, even for my routine oil changes. Chris and Jay are excellent and they keep me in the loop with what's going on and when things are wrapping up. They have a great crew working under them. I even forgot my garage opener in the loaner and the sweet receptionist overnighted it the next day, I think her name is Jasmine. I drive over 80 miles just to do my oil change because I trust only the best with my Infiniti. Thanks guys! Keep up the BEST customer service in the state! My husband drives a BMW, and when he takes it to the dealership, he doesn't get half the friendliness that I and my children get. For young ones to notice the friendliness of the employees makes my heart sing! Saw Stu the manager of the dealership, and he even took time out of his busy day to just "catch up"; they are great down to earth people at that dealership. Proud to be part of the Porter family!
