Quick and easy I was there with my wife's 2016 Maxima. She had picked up a nail in the right front tire. I swapped cars with her, put on the spare, and drove to Port I was there with my wife's 2016 Maxima. She had picked up a nail in the right front tire. They tried a patch, but the tire did not hold air due to sidewall problems, so they replaced the tire. This was fully covered with the tire and wheel insurance we had purchased when we bought the car. Throughout the process, my service contact kept me informed of what was going on. More

Salesman Lee Jones is a kind and decent man. He treats me with dignity and respect, is willing to listen, and he has never tried to pressure me into a purchase. I think that's about all you can ask of a salesman. Lee is a good guy, and has a great sense of humor, too. Also John Thomas was extremely helpful in getting us in-and-out when my wife and I went to pick up the Pathfinder. Kudos all around for everyone involved in this sale. And yes, we will be back when it comes time to trade in the '12 Pathfinder!
