Above and Beyond excellent customer service I purchased a used Infiniti QX 80 from an out of state dealer. Unfortunately, the check engine light came on 50 miles away from leaving the dealership I purchased a used Infiniti QX 80 from an out of state dealer. Unfortunately, the check engine light came on 50 miles away from leaving the dealership. Since the car still has some original warranty remaining, I contacted Chris at Porter. He was very knowledgeable &!helpful. He suggested I get the code read locally since I live 2 hours away to avoid wasting a trip. When I arrived for my appointment, they realized I needed a part that they didn't have in stock. Chris, the service manager, personally drove to the nearest Infiniti dealer (2 hours) to get the part so I wouldn't have to come back a second time. In addition, they gave me a loaner car to go to the mall while I waited. They also cut and programmed a second key for me since the used car I purchased only came with one. Thanks to the entire Porter Service staff for being courteous and helpful during my appointment! More

Excellent customer service I brought my Nissan Rogue to Porter for an oil change and to determine what piece of foam was working it's way out from under the dashboard. The customer service I received from the moment I pulled into the service bay was fabulous. Friendly, smiling staff. The waiting area is large and well equipped with free coffee and water. I brought my lunch along and when I changed seats from a table to soft chair, a female employee at the check out counter asked me "Do you need a trash can?" as she offered me the trash can at her feet. That's quick thinking to be alert about what's going on around you and to be aware of my possible needs. That's rare, especially in an automobile facility! Your manager, Dave Ferguson, is the best I've ever encountered at an automotive facility. I really hadn't been in one until I bought my Rogue a little over a year ago. My husband would almost always take care of our vehicles. Dave is caring and kind. Friendly and welcoming. He's everything you'd want in your management! I also trust what he tells me. I hear stories about dealerships and service centers upcharging or recommending things to be done to your vehicle that are completely unwarranted. I don't feel that I would ever be led wrong by Dave. I feel so strongly about it that I ask him to review my vehicle when I bring it in for an issue first noted prior to taking possession of the vehicle. More
