James took care of every detail without pushing too hard to make the deal happen.We are over 3,000 miles apart and he made it seem like he was down the street.When the car finally got released from customs he made several you tube videos that I could access easily to educate myself with every aspect of the car. One of the videos he made was almost 40 minutes long! It was 10X better than reading the manual. He made sure my car got loaded onto the transport truck perfectly and followed up when I received it. This experience was so pleasing that I asked him to look for another car for my wife. thank you James for go far and beyond what you needed to in order to make me happy. You have a customer for life. He helped me purchase my first Porsche (a super clean 997.1 generation 911!) and I couldn't have been happier with James was fantastic to work with. He helped me purchase my first Porsche (a super clean 997.1 generation 911!) and I couldn't have been happier with his service. He offered to bring the car to a local independent mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection, and he even went out of his way to pick me up from work one day so I could come to the dealership and get the car. I work kind of an odd schedule that tends to clash with regular business hours, plus I live quite far from the dealership, so I hugely appreciated his willingness to help me out. At the time of pickup, there were some minor hiccups with the dealer but none were James' fault. They made some minor clerical errors (misspelling things on the documents, wrong address for lienholder) so it took a little longer than expected, but overall the process remained quite smooth. Overall I would definitely buy from James and Nashua Porsche again. I'm loving my new car! More

Net result...I ended up with a most excellent manual Boxster S that met most of the specs on my wish list, for which James also helped coordinate shipping to California. Geniewicz is a gem. More
