Picked up a paint to sample Maritime Blue 991. 2 C2S coupe. Andrew Green and Tony Tropea were great. The kind and professional atmosphere is not lost in their store. While I am faulting the dealership more than the sales person - I fault the sales person because he has not provided after sales service and passed the buck to others at every issue listed below. I pur person - I fault the sales person because he has not provided after sales service and passed the buck to others at every issue listed below. I purchased a CPO 2016 Cayenne Diesel in 2019 - the pictures they posted on their website indicated there were some scratches on the front bumper - prior to driving the 1,500 miles to purchase and pick up the car I asked if they would fix this damage - they said yes. When I paid for and picked up the car this damage was repainted - they did not provide any documentation of what they did to the car but it appeared to be repainted. The provided a CPO check list that stated that I immediately drove home - about 450 miles into my drive home I discovered panels on the underside of the car near the front bumper hanging down from the car (they were not reattached correctly when they painted the front bumper) - so I had to stop at a dealer and have them remove the panels, then have the repair made and get reimbursed by the dealership which they did. Within 2 months of returning home the black parts of the bumper started bubbling / blistering - they had been sprayed with some kind of rubberized compound to make them look new but this was now coming off. The dealership paid to replace these parts but they only paid for the wholesale cost of the part, not the full cost of removing and reinstalling and replacing these pieces. Now 2 years later the paint is flaking off of the bumper - this time my email to the salesman Mr Horgos, and to the G.M. went unanswered for a few weeks - then they had a new used car manager called me - he immediately made excuses - looking up what body shop they used for this paint work "we don't use that body shop anymore" he said - he said "I was not here then" - he said "I don't know the condition that the car has been kept in. Bottom line is that anytime anywhere I have had paint work done to a car it has been guaranteed for the life of the ownership of the car and in my ownership I never witnessed any paint repair fail especially by peeling off in flakes - and I tend to keep cars 10 years in very good condition. This dealership clearly performed a poor and cheap cosmetic only repair to get the car I purchased off the lot and was not interested it the correctness or longevity of the repair. There were other issues as well - the car is supposed to have a Diesel Settlement warranty out to 6 years unlimited mileage and then the CPO warranty of an additional 2 years. Getting documentation of this to show up took a lot of effort on my part - though it eventually did show up and was provided - but getting documentation of this at the front end was kind of sketchy and it was unclear on the paperwork at time of sale though it was agreed in the emails leading up to the sale. They provided the CPO paper work which has a box checked "NO" to "Is there visible evidence of existing body damage to the vehicle? *4 Any dings or scratches on the vehicle should be denoted in the technician(s) notes. --- The technicial Paul Maranian did not indicate any notes of damage - yet there is email correspondence showing that they made paint repairs to the car between the time that they purchased it at auction and I purchased it from them. This dealership in my opinion does not have an environment which fosters integrity and transparency in the workplace and should not be trusted with your business - especially on a certified car purchased at auction being sold to a client that does not live in the area as reflected in the CPO documentation, the contractual paperwork regarding CPO warranty date being changed at sale from executed purchase agreement that was done by email, to the cosmetic rubber paint of black parts, the undercarriage hanging off the car when driving home, and finally to the cheap paint job/bumper repair with out documentation and complete abdication of ownership of that paint job when it failed. I have to complement them on one thing - they are good at making canned car dealer excuses and passive non response or "passing the buck" as they say. More

But i was so impressed by the facility, by every person with whom i spoke, and by Shane Weinberg, that i promised Shane i would come back next time i was interested in a Porsche. Beginning in December of 2020 I contacted Shane with interest in a Macan and a Cayman. Because of my age and Covid, i had been quarantined since March of 2020 and i explained that if we did a deal it would have to be without a visit from me, and everything would depend on integrity and character because the first time I would see the cars would be after payment was made and they were delivered to my house. The way everything was done, how the cars were explained and my (many) questions were answered, how respectfully and fairly I was treated, the reliable advice I was given, and the fact that at no time was I pressured; it was all way above superb. When both the cars were delivered, they were prepped to a standard beyond my expectation, and I'm a long time car owner and a fussy guy. Follow up was generous and instructive. It was a fantastic thing, doing this all by phone and email, and having it come out 100% perfect. How impossible is that? I would not hesitate to recommend Nashua and its people to anyone. I am completely happy, very impressed and very well cared for. I can tell you I'll be a lifetime fan. More
