Terrific car, terrific price, terrific experience I'll admit it. I have a bit of a problem. I like cars. A lot. In the past four decades, I've own more than my fair share. Literally everything from A I'll admit it. I have a bit of a problem. I like cars. A lot. In the past four decades, I've own more than my fair share. Literally everything from A (Alfa) to Z (240). Along the way I've own multiple Porsches. My first was a 1962 356 B Super 90 I had throughout college; my latest, a Cayman S, just purchased from Porsche Nashua. I mention this level of excess not because I'm proud of my addiction but rather to point out that each one of those automobiles involved making a purchase which has meant spending more time in car dealerships than might typically be considered healthy. In my experience, few cars can be more daunting to purchase than a Porsche. Why? Well, first, every model has several variants. In the Cayman/Boxster family currently theres the base, S and GTS variants. Then theres the decision, at least for old school types like me, between a manual gearbox or the astonishingly clairvoyant, rip snorting PDK sequential automatic. Before one even begins to consider the option list, which is undeniably extensive, there's already enough variety to cause uncertainty about finding the right fit. Without expert guidance and the ability sample just what each variant brings to the table, even the most experienced Porsche-file can wind up second guessing themselves to the point of madness. And lets face it, when you're considering spending upwards to 6 figures and beyond, you want to be entirely certain that you made the correct set of decisions before signing. All this leads me to state that the process of exploring and deciding on the specific Porsche of your desires doesn't get any better than that on offer at Porsche Nashua. I was able to test drive all the variants I was interested in. My salesperson, James Giniewicz, both knew the products well and over the course of several visits, came to understand my somewhat eccentric point of view as well as what best suited it. All throughout, he insisted that sale or no sale, the goal was to figure out just what would result in my greatest satisfaction. We spent numerous hours together both in car and out. We discussed the pros and cons of ordering as well as what was immediately available. At no point was there any pressure one way or the other. I wasn't merely allowed to take my time, I was encouraged to. And from my perspective, the time spent was in no way tedium, it was truly fun. Eventually after some soul searching, I landed on an in stock vehicle. The negotiations were easy, a single simple counter and the deal was done. With the terms in place, thanks to Shane ad Steve, the entire transaction was handled a light speed and I drove the car home the very same day. However, before I did, there was a little matter of mounting the front license plate as I live in Massachusetts. James suggested that rather than him have to tearfully drill holes in my gorgeous Miami Blue front bumper, I should consider a license plate holder that screws into the tow receptacle instead. Unfortunately, he had checked and there were none left in stock, but he was certain I could easily order one on Monday. I tend to be more obsessed with the driving dynamics and not overly concerned with a couple of holes behind a plate, though I admitted that half of me would prefer not to drill. But my impatient other half just wanted everything wrapped up. After a brief moment of angst, I decided to xxxx the torpedoes and just drill the holes. But at that very moment, a second salesperson, James Horgos, seeing that we were struggling with what to do, searched his file cabinet and voila, he magically produced a holder from his personal stash that worked perfectly. He offered it up. Gratis. Consider for a moment, that the deal was done, the checks written, my trade, wheeled away. James H. wasn't my salesperson. Two quick squeezes on the drill and all would be good as far as I was concerned. Yet in a moment of team, he stepped in. It elevated what I can only describe as a completely satisfying experience, to simply perfect. Like I said at the outset, I've bought a lot of automobiles in my time. This dealership is on the very, very, very short list of greats. They genuinely care about integrity and their relationship with their customers. Everything they promised, they delivered on and then some. If you're in New England and in the market for a Porsche, be it Cayman or Cayenne, 911 or Macan, do yourself a favor and seek these folks out. They're the best! More

It did not matter that I was not a high-profile Porsche customer like those that buy multiple cars per year or are regularly trading-in and buying the latest models; even as a firat-time customer, I received VIP treatment and service. On one of my visits, when I visited the dealership with a ton of questions, James handled the majority of questions and Jim Horgos, was very insightful in his assistance with my bombardment of questions. Even at the Finance stage, Porsche Nashua excelled in service, the Finance manager I worked with Steve Glassman, was very patient in helping me understand where every penny of my purchase was going. Although this was my first new Porsche purchase, I have purchased a handful of new vehicles in the past, and working with James and Porsche Nashua was by far my best new car shopping/buying/ordering experience. I spent the entire month of January 2018 trying to find an allocation that would get me a vehicle built and received before the start of the Summer 2018. In my search, I had two dealerships hunting for an allocation for me, until James became the third, and secured an "Early April" Build allocation for me in less than a week's time. James called me with the good news, and informed the vehicle would be locking immediately. I made my down-payment and drove my vehicle home exactly 60 days later (3 weeks earlier than the initial expected vehicle delivery time), and nine days before my Cinco de Mayo birthday celebration. I've never been more satisfied with any purchase. More
