I made a last-minute decision to drive to the dealership from Sacramento which was three and a half hours awa John was a class act all the way around. I wanted an oil change, a reset of the tire pressure warning screen, and an inspection My Cayenne is one year old and has 4,000 miles of experience. I wanted an oil change, a reset of the tire pressure warning screen, and an inspection of systems and fluids by a trained eye. My appointment was for Monday morning. I waited at the dealership, and in two hours, the service was completed, a factory update performed, and the vehicle was washed and vacuumed. A new crankcase valve recommended by the factory could not be installed because the part is on order. I am please with John Fritz's scheduling and monitoring of service, Jeremiah's performing service and explaining gear ratios, and Nick's (in Parts) answering technical and operating questions. I also would like to have my 911 serviced at Porsche of Monterey, but John Bassett says I will have to buy one first. More
