He's very knowledgable about the details of his used car inventory. I had to wait a short time to meet with the Finance department, and John made sure my friend and I were comfortable before he left to fill up my car. In his follow up email, he let me know that I'm welcome to stop in for a tutorial for my car. John's customer service is second to none, and it was a pleasure to purchase from him. In putting together the orders and options, John helped at each step by explaining the purpose and function of options to make sure that I got cars that I would ultimately be satisfied with and would enjoy. In negotiating the purchases, John always acted in a straight forward manner and with honesty. That's one reason I have made three purchases from him. When the cars arrived, John went through each with me, explaining and setting up the car options. After delivery, John has followed up with invitations to come back to the dealership to make sure that all is well with the cars, and to answer any questions I might have concerning them. Best car buying experience! John was a class act all the way around. I made a last-minute decision to drive to the dealership from Sacramento which was three and a half hours awa John was a class act all the way around. I made a last-minute decision to drive to the dealership from Sacramento which was three and a half hours away. John rearranged his schedule to meet me during closing time. We were able to reach an agreement and then he went one step further and had the car delivered to me in Sacramento the next night so I could surprise my family with my new toy.
