John knows the brand inside out and walked us through the order process every step of the way with updates as he received them. When it came time for us to pick up our new dream car, John had all the paperwork waiting, hence expediting the process. Hands down most efficient process ever in our experience. John also spent at least an hour going over all of the operational aspects of the Macan with us both as it was a bit to absorb. John then extended his offer of follow up tutorials as needed and said his phone is always on, I believe it. I can't say enough good things about John and the entire experience from start to finish. He's very knowledgable about the details of his used car inventory. I had to wait a short time to meet with the Finance department, and John made sure my friend and I were comfortable before he left to fill up my car. In his follow up email, he let me know that I'm welcome to stop in for a tutorial for my car. John's customer service is second to none, and it was a pleasure to purchase from him.
