Above and Beyond!!!!! I don't even know where to begin. We live in Chicago, and my wife started looking for a car. After visiting several Porsche dealers in our area, she d I don't even know where to begin. We live in Chicago, and my wife started looking for a car. After visiting several Porsche dealers in our area, she didn't find anything she liked. Aaron was the Manager in Orland Park years ago, and we had purchased our first Porsche from him. His service THEN, was awesome. So my wife contacted Aaron, told him what she was looking for, and he found it! It was still on the water and about to be delivered to the port. So, we bought it!!! Weeks later, it was delivered to us by Luther, the driver who took awesome care of my wife's new baby. I wish I could send you the video of it being unloaded! It was SO exciting. I can't thank Aaron enough for going above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. It can't be easy putting together a sale between Monterey and Chicago, but it felt easy. I will recommend anyone who is looking for a Porsche to Porsche Monterey! The car came fully detailed and it was beautiful! She LOVES her new baby and I have to thank Aaron for making it happen. More

Outstanding Service Process at Porsche My Porsche Macan had a message on the dash that said there was an engine problem but that driving was permitted. I took it in. The dealer arranged very quickly obtain needed minor repair parts and set a time for repair. When I took the car in he also stated that a recall of a seat would be completed at the same time. They completed the repairs and the car was done and washed on schedule. The personnel were all especially professional and friendly... and there was no cost. More

He tracked one down for us within an hour of visiting the dealership and was able to customize to our liking. John provided regular updates on the car's progress through the factory. Our new GT3 was delivered ahead of schedule and we were on the road within hours of its arrival! When it comes to the product, John is super knowledgeable and an automotive enthusiast. We live near one of the "big" Porsche dealers, but happily make our way to Porsche of Monterey where it is always pleasant to stop by and strike up a conversation regarding our favorite cars! More
