My hubby would take our son to dealerships for "fun" on weekends, as they both loved checking out all the cars. Their favorite every time was Porshe. The best staff and people. Just genuine, cool, and enthusiastic without any of the dreaded cheesiness and slime one can sadly experience at car dealerships. We were now on the road to searching for a used car for our son who is now driving. Both of us had never dealt with purchasing a used car before, so this was unfamiliar territory. We had been searching all over the internet, using CarFax, etc. and came across a fabulous older BMW. We decided to take the drive down to Monterey to check out the car at the Porshe Dealership. There we were greeted by Kelly and Tripp. They both were so friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. They were non-pushy, excellent with answering all questions, and you could tell, very into (passionate!) about what they do! It was the best experience. A dream. My hubby was delighted (which is a tall order), and everyone we met on staff was just the same. Incredible. Maybe it's Porshe's training? Standards? Whatever it is, Porshe is one of a kind. Above and Beyond!!!!! I don't even know where to begin. We live in Chicago, and my wife started looking for a car. After visiting several Porsche dealers in our area, she didn't find anything she liked. Aaron was the Manager in Orland Park years ago, and we had purchased our first Porsche from him. His service THEN, was awesome. So my wife contacted Aaron, told him what she was looking for, and he found it! It was still on the water and about to be delivered to the port. So, we bought it!!! Weeks later, it was delivered to us by Luther, the driver who took awesome care of my wife's new baby. I wish I could send you the video of it being unloaded! It was SO exciting. I can't thank Aaron enough for going above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. It can't be easy putting together a sale between Monterey and Chicago, but it felt easy. I will recommend anyone who is looking for a Porsche to Porsche Monterey! The car came fully detailed and it was beautiful! She LOVES her new baby and I have to thank Aaron for making it happen. Outstanding Service Process at Porsche My Porsche Macan had a message on the dash that said there was an engine problem but that driving was permitted. I took it in.
