She tracked our wish list and quickly let us know when a late model Macan S (actually several) became available meeting our desired specs. After driving and deciding to purchase the vehicle, Kelly helped us make informed decisions about choosing between similar vehicles, the CPO process, financing, registration, and negotiations. We never felt awkward or pushed to make a decision during negotiations. Kelly worked as our advocate and communicated with her manager to relay our needs. Clearly she was making a sale, yet we felt as though she did everything in her power to mitigate our out the door costs. And, after purchase was complete, Kelly helped answer our questions about future service requirements, proper engine oil to use, and some details about registering our car out of state. Kelly was visibly ecstatic for us at close of sale and her enthusiasm for us getting the car of our dreams was fun and infectious (she wrote us a poem!). CPO Macan S I bought my first Porsche and I'm very lucky that John is the one that helped me. I emailed him when I saw the car listed and John promptly called me I bought my first Porsche and I'm very lucky that John is the one that helped me. I emailed him when I saw the car listed and John promptly called me to let me know that the car is in transit and that he will let me know once they have it. He told me that there's several others that are also interested to buy that Macan but since I was the first to contact him, he said I would be the first person he call once the car is at the dealership, certified and ready to go. I was supposed to bring my family to Legoland that day but decided I'll make a quick stop to look at the car. There was no pressure and John is very transparent about everything. I ended up buying the car but the trade in price is not that great and John even tried to get me a higher price for my trade-in(and he did) but it still wasn't a good trade in deal for me. I ended up driving the Porsche back to Fremont with my wife and kid in another car back so we can switch to our new car to drive down to LA!! The car performed flawlessly during the entire trip, I've bought a lot of cars and this was by the the best experience. Now I'm spoiled and can never buy another car other than a Porsche. Thank you John, you rock!! More
