He was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest about the process and I had no hesitation puttin I contacted Jun in March of 2019 about purchasing a GT3RS. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest about the process and I had no hesitation putting down a deposit. Often times car salesmen come off as pushy and dishonest, but Jun doesn't BS you. His communication is great and he kept me up to date with the car's production status over the course of about five months. He might as well be a mind reader because every time I got curious about what was going on with my car and was about to email him, I'd actually get a status update from him first! Picking up the car was easy. Once it arrived to the dealership from the port, he had the PDI process done the next day and the car was ready for delivery when I arrived. Simple and easy. She tracked our wish list and quickly let us know when a late model Macan S (actually several) became available meeting our desired specs. After driving and deciding to purchase the vehicle, Kelly helped us make informed decisions about choosing between similar vehicles, the CPO process, financing, registration, and negotiations. We never felt awkward or pushed to make a decision during negotiations. Kelly worked as our advocate and communicated with her manager to relay our needs. Clearly she was making a sale, yet we felt as though she did everything in her power to mitigate our out the door costs. And, after purchase was complete, Kelly helped answer our questions about future service requirements, proper engine oil to use, and some details about registering our car out of state.
