Awesome experience buying from out of state! Jun and the team at Porsche Monterey were fantastic to work with! We were purchasing our vehicle sight unseen from out of town, so there was a lot of Jun and the team at Porsche Monterey were fantastic to work with! We were purchasing our vehicle sight unseen from out of town, so there was a lot of coordination (and a little bit of stress!) between us and them to make sure the car was ready in time for our arrival, as we were only available to fly in on a specific date to drive it home. After getting us a very fair price on our CPO Cayenne, Jun and team went to work taking care of a few service items required by the CPO certification process. Their shop was a little backlogged, so it came down to the wire, but Jun was great at communicating all throughout and sending pictures and service records to document the progression of the service and giving us the confidence that the car would be fully complete when we arrived. The car was ready and waiting for us when we arrived first thing in the morning, we closed the transaction quickly and easily (thanks to Misty in the finance department!), Jun gave us a comprehensive tutorial of all the features of our incredible new machine, and then we were off for a beautiful drive down the California Coast! When we got home, we realized that the interior of the car had a few minor (like seriously minor) spots that had been missed when they detailed it, and when we pointed it out to the general manager Aaron, he apologized and sent us a credit to get it detailed again locally, no questions asked. Overall could not have asked for a better experience doing business with this team, and highly recommend Jun Quinto and Porsche Monterey! They really do know how to cater to out of state buyers. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest about the process and I had no hesitation putting down a deposit. Often times car salesmen come off as pushy and dishonest, but Jun doesn't BS you. His communication is great and he kept me up to date with the car's production status over the course of about five months. He might as well be a mind reader because every time I got curious about what was going on with my car and was about to email him, I'd actually get a status update from him first! Picking up the car was easy. Once it arrived to the dealership from the port, he had the PDI process done the next day and the car was ready for delivery when I arrived. Simple and easy. She tracked our wish list and quickly let us know when a late model Macan S (actually several) became available meeting our desired specs. After driving and deciding to purchase the vehicle, Kelly helped us make informed decisions about choosing between similar vehicles, the CPO process, financing, registration, and negotiations. We never felt awkward or pushed to make a decision during negotiations. Kelly worked as our advocate and communicated with her manager to relay our needs. Clearly she was making a sale, yet we felt as though she did everything in her power to mitigate our out the door costs. And, after purchase was complete, Kelly helped answer our questions about future service requirements, proper engine oil to use, and some details about registering our car out of state. Kelly was visibly ecstatic for us at close of sale and her enthusiasm for us getting the car of our dreams was fun and infectious (she wrote us a poem!).
