"Just stay where you are and shop for a 2017 lease return." "You are free to do whatever you want on this world. No one is stopping you from coming." "You're doing yourself." And he even refused to show up after I drove 1.5 hour to the store, even if we had an appointment. Probably because he lied to me on the CPO car I was interested in, while he knew that the car was actually not ready to go. He lied so that I could waste 3 hours on the road and hoped I will eventually give up and just buy the so-called CPO car. On the other hand, Kelly, another sales lady, is professional. Kelly helped me test-driving two cars. I may not be her favorite type of client but she always showed professional attitude. Aaron, the manager, played typical dealer tricks (no offense). When I mentioned the car was not even CPO-ready and technically it was impossible go on that day, he said I could put deposit and secure the car, and he can later deliver it to me once it's finished CPO. Holy crap. I got upset by the fact that I was fooled by Jun earlier on the "CPO", and the manager didn't feel sorry but even wanted to take advantage of this (though it may not be fair as they may not know Jun's crap at all). I left the store immediately. While driving back, I thought again and made a call to Kelly, and made a serious offer. She got back in an hour or two, with the best number she could do. Next day I made my final offer to Kelly. She rejected it. I decided not to take her offer too. I then thanked her for her time and effort. More

We checked out the pre-owned ML on a Saturday and decide to buy it and drive it home. They just got the car and did not have the certification inspection done yet so we have to come back after the inspection and detailing. Since we live 2 hours away and would be difficult to come back on weekdays, they actually arranged to have an engineer came in on Sunday to complete the inspection. We were extremely happy and got the car on Sunday. We really appreciate everyone we encountered there. They were friendly, polite, attentive, efficient, and deliver what they promise. We highly recommend Porsche Monterey and Jun Quinto for a enjoyable car buying experience.🙂 More

Awesome experience buying from out of state! Jun and the team at Porsche Monterey were fantastic to work with! We were purchasing our vehicle sight unseen from out of town, so there was a lot of Jun and the team at Porsche Monterey were fantastic to work with! We were purchasing our vehicle sight unseen from out of town, so there was a lot of coordination (and a little bit of stress!) between us and them to make sure the car was ready in time for our arrival, as we were only available to fly in on a specific date to drive it home. After getting us a very fair price on our CPO Cayenne, Jun and team went to work taking care of a few service items required by the CPO certification process. Their shop was a little backlogged, so it came down to the wire, but Jun was great at communicating all throughout and sending pictures and service records to document the progression of the service and giving us the confidence that the car would be fully complete when we arrived. The car was ready and waiting for us when we arrived first thing in the morning, we closed the transaction quickly and easily (thanks to Misty in the finance department!), Jun gave us a comprehensive tutorial of all the features of our incredible new machine, and then we were off for a beautiful drive down the California Coast! When we got home, we realized that the interior of the car had a few minor (like seriously minor) spots that had been missed when they detailed it, and when we pointed it out to the general manager Aaron, he apologized and sent us a credit to get it detailed again locally, no questions asked. Overall could not have asked for a better experience doing business with this team, and highly recommend Jun Quinto and Porsche Monterey! They really do know how to cater to out of state buyers. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest about the process and I had no hesitation putting down a deposit. Often times car salesmen come off as pushy and dishonest, but Jun doesn't BS you. His communication is great and he kept me up to date with the car's production status over the course of about five months. He might as well be a mind reader because every time I got curious about what was going on with my car and was about to email him, I'd actually get a status update from him first! Picking up the car was easy. Once it arrived to the dealership from the port, he had the PDI process done the next day and the car was ready for delivery when I arrived. Simple and easy.
