Worst car buying experience I could have possibly imagined. They lied about original price. They said they could beat the APR I already had through another credit union. Conner told me they'd beat th imagined. They lied about original price. They said they could beat the APR I already had through another credit union. Conner told me they'd beat that at 11%. I decided to finance through them because they beat the APR I acquired already. But then come time to set put payments it's 13.14% apr not the 11% I was told. They then messed up my credit by running a hard inquiry with out my permission. I asked why is hasn't been taken care of and the reply I got from Kevin C in finance that "the letter has been "drafted" but that doesn't mean it's been sent. If he was a true customer service driven person this situation shouldnt have happened in the 1st place. and i get people make mistakes but i would have taken care of it IMMEDIATELY if I was in his shoes. Lied the whole process. I gave 10000 down and they are not 31,000 anywhere but claim I got their price. Across street newer and 23000. Never got paperwork. Then I called I paid 27 I owe that where’s the 12000 I paid still more then anywhere else. And I was family… don’t do it! Then said they lost money , I wanted to leave and they insisted on shipping this van I didn’t like it, they wanted the sale by any cost all for 100. Horrible con artists don’t believe one word. Every day is a new story oh and it’s completely normal to buy a car and get no paperwork it’s been months this is normal they marked up the price of the man and they pocket it to $10,000. I bought my truck from there, since Toyota has amazing cars but pohanka Toyota of Salisbury falsifies reports they did it on my truck, my wife’s car, and now my sisters car. The customer service girl couldn’t even sit up in her chair to talk to us. They said my wife needed a new tire and they couldn’t find the leak when I showed them where the nail was. They checked everything was great in my truck but in 60,000 miles they had not changed an air filter or cabin air filter , I had a slack tire, and one of my windshield wipers were stripped but they check it was all ok. They said my sister denied a test due to her check engine light which was a lie the girl said the manager said she didn’t need that test just nothing but a bunch of liars. They let some unqualified kid work on my truck and unqualified was their words not even mine More
Collison center work is good but dealing with their management there is horrible. We send a significant amount of business to them but always feel like we are a nuisance for them. Last time I was spoken to unprofessionally and quite rude. Despite that we sent another vehicle to be fixed. I tried their complaint hotline but honestly it was worthless and the manger never called me back as I was told they would. It must have gotten through to the person because I received a fairly scathing email telling me to "feel free to find another collision company." That's exactly what I'm going to do. More
