I wish I could leave a 0 star as they don’t even deserve the 1 star . I want to start out by saying DO NOT BUY A KIA TELLURIDE FROM THE STAFF at POHANKA IN SALISBURY, THEY ARE A JOKE, I have bought seve the 1 star . I want to start out by saying DO NOT BUY A KIA TELLURIDE FROM THE STAFF at POHANKA IN SALISBURY, THEY ARE A JOKE, I have bought several brand new cars in my time and never in my life have I ever had to endure the crap I have been put thru. I literally talked to a Samantha today as she suppose to be a manager there and told me when she was hired one of first things she did there was run a Kia telluride thru the car wash and the metal trim under window came right off. Reason I telling you this is because months ago a piece of trim came off my car after running thru a car wash, I took my car to Kia and first thing out of guys mouth was ( you took in car wash didn’t you? I said yes why? He said just wondering few days later I take back to Kia because I noticed a second trim loose, guy says you took thru car wash again didn’t you ? I was upset. So I am being told that I can not run my 50 some thousand suv thru a car wash because it will literally fall apart. Was told there should be a recall but Kia higher ups just tell them to replace any that come off. I drove around all summer long in brand new suv with trim literally partly hanging off car because the time is so far back on back order because everyone who bought a telluride seems to need one, two or possibly all 4 trim pieces, I took car in for oil change and had a recall on seat wiring do to peoples car catching on fire , I dropped off they did oil change and when I returned they said they would fix the seat sensor when I came back to get molding fixed. Took months, so I mean time I had park my car outside in weather instead of in the garage as I was afraid my garage would catch fire. The safe should have never let me leave that day without making sure my family was in a safe car, I also had 2 seats rip in between them do to a plastic seat holder that Kia installed to keep fabric down. What a joke was that, I asked Kia how long would they have my vehicle as they picked up and said a day, I asked them since I been thru all these headaches to fix a tiny nick in driver door , they did not bring back same day so I figured maybe they fixing nick , nope was not case as they brought back late in day next day and told me would be about 800 to fix it. Seems to me they are shady as crap by not telling customers about things they know is a defect and they should be ashamed to still be selling these 50,000 suvs knowing of issues , I truly recommend anybody looking for a new automotive, I recommend the Chevy traverse as it’s 100 times better than the ragged Telluride, Kia train your staff to be honest with customers or you will have a lot of 1 time customers who are sick of you like me. Samantha your body work department sucks and last time I checked they are part off Kia so they could have done something to fix issue to maybe salvage a bad relationship between you and a customer, instead you took the road of being cheap and only caring about greed of the company. Pohanka, you should be ashamed of yourself, Samantha offered the body shop to take a paint marker and draw in the scratch but told me it Would not be the same color. Stay away from Kia everyone. You have been warned. Kia do not Leave me some Crap under this review saying how sorry you are that I had a bad experience, Instead, how about going the extra mile and actually satisfying a customer? Don’t leave me some laying excuse for me to call you As you have my phone number if you ever feel The need to Correct, your actions. More

Worked with Joe Mattei, who was very knowledgeable and courteous. He understood what we wanted to do and made the process easy and friendly. I can't say enough about how he reflected so positively on the dealership. We had the same courteous, knowledgeable interaction with Joey Vogel in Finance and Brad Atkins, the Service Manager. I will be bringing both of my Kias here for service and highly recommend Safford Kia. More
AMAZING EXPERIENCE! !! Brad was my service manager and really saved the day for me. I was traveling and far from home. On Sunday I swerved to miss hitting a dog and went !! I immediately went on line but couldn’t get an appointment until 1:30 on mint. I had to leave for Miami asap. I took a chance and went at 10:00. I spoke with BRAD who recognized the severity of my situation immediately. He really listened to my concerns. My car was in bad shape but he fixed her up like new!!! She drives like the first day I drove it off the lot!!! Brad kept me updated and put my concerns at ease. HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AMAZING!!!! He saved the day for me! More
