no need to call the dealership ,,,i have made enough phone calls there. when an individual is without a car for an entire month almost,,is a real hardship when you have a child to transport,an elderly mother needs help ,etc.. and because my warranty is exspired and my car is paid for i did not qualify for a loaner.they refused to pick me up or drop me off after they kept my car .it’s just a crock .. this is exactly why if i ever purchase another vehicle i will make sure i go to chevrolet .
