The sale went fine it was getting my tags and a tax situatio Originally I had wrote a really nice review but since then I have deleted it here's why. The sale went fine it was getting my tags and a tax situation which ruined it for me. After buying my vehicle December 18th I called raughly two weeks later to find out my title and all my paperwork was sitting due to waiting on a manager to see if they would approve paying the TAXES they calculated wrong on a finalized deal. I am a out of state resident NC and our state as per DMV says by law the dealership has 30 days to get stuff done. So myself being the nice guy I am say hey what's the difference in taxes causing the hold up. There (Lisa's) response $188 dollars. So I said ok I will pay it since it's going to the taxes for my tags aka PROPERTY TAX and I am told yes and you will have all that paid and FULL YEARS tags. A few weeks go buy again still nothing so I call again notice how no one ever calls me and at this point we are well passed the legal 30 days to send stuff off. I GET ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL WHO TELLS ME I AM NOT SUPPOSED TO TELL YOU THIS BUT WE HIRED NEW PEOPLE WHO ARE CALCULATING TAXES WRONG AND WE ARE IN THE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS NEGATIVE. So I think great here I am being a nice guy putting out money for there INCOMPETENCE. So just shy of 60 days later I get NC tags that are TEMPORARY with a tax bill of $340 dollars. Funny how the extra $188 I put out went to nothing. So basically after a legal binding contract is done and signed this dealership will hold your title so you cant get tags so they can try to get more money out of you. The worst part is I never wanted there tag agency to handle my plates but they ensisted they knew what they were doing. Even after repeated calls and voicemails you would think they would want to make it right nope not a single call back. I am a hundred percent disabled Marine combat vet and if I could give this place no stars I would. Trust me stay far away and if not watch your paperwork closely. They also like to complain how they make nothing on a deal while charging $300 processing fee not required by law. In my case I guess an attorney may be warranted cause it's well past 60 days with temp tags still and a missing $188 that went to nothing !!!! More
