I was greeted at the door by Mr. Mitchell in a friendly manner. We were looking for someone who no longer worked there. We were assigned Mr. Mitchell as our salesman, since he was the salesman who first g manner. We were looking for someone who no longer worked there. After spending time to find the car and deal I wanted , someone came over from the warranty department to explain my warranty and possible purchase of additional items to keep my car dent and rust free. I then went to the financial department to meet with someone named Gregory. He explained additional warranties. I initially told him that I did not want anything that would increase my car note. He convinced me that these items would give me peace of mind over the life of the car. So I decided to take them. My entire buying experience was very pleasant. I chose this dealership because I have used your service department over the years and found them to be very helpful and professional.
