The price and experience was great. Thanks for getting me the right vehicle. Barb Barlow lowered my price by an additional $800 dollars when all I asked was for her to match a low USAA pre-price of anoth me the right vehicle. I drive a van to work and love "being up high" in a car, so decided I wanted an SUV instead of the C-Class Mercedes that I had (but a smaller one like the "Tracker" I drove for years). I did my homework an so decided I wanted an SUV instead of the C-Class Mercedes that I had (but a smaller one like the "Tracker" I drove for years). I did my homework and, in an independent survey, compared the Honda to all of the other SUVs in that size category. I found the Honda to be the "most car" for the "least money" available. My husband and I had seriously talked about the Merdedes SUV, including test driving it and spending hours talking "deals," but by comparison, even down to the turning ratio [which was one thing I loved about my Mercedes car], the Honda was comparable in every category - along with a sticker price of $10,000 less. So, armed with the knowledge that this was the car I wanted, and also armed with the "Costco" deal confirmation, I walked into Pohanka Honda. From the beginning, Barb, Bill and Chuck all did their very best to make sure that I was pleased and happy. They were courteous at all times and answered all my questions with the utmost patience. Since I was going through Costo, there was no "bargaining" or "bickering" over the price - which I can't stand. The deal was done and I walked away in my new CRV. Yes, I will absolutely recommend Pohanka to my friends. Thank you for a very pleasant car buying experience. You guys rock! More

I bought my first car this past weekend at Pohanka Honda of Fredericksburg, a used 2007 Honda Accord Hybrid. I absolutely love it! A friend recommended Pohanka Honda and Bill Hamilton to me when I mentioned of Fredericksburg, a used 2007 Honda Accord Hybrid. I absolutely love it! Bill assured me we could find a car to meet my needs, and stay in my budget….he was absolutely right! When I came into the dealership on Saturday, I was greeted with a friendly smile and handshake. I cannot say enough about my wonderful experience at Pohanka Honda in Fredericksburg, Virginia. I recently purchased a 2010 Honda Pilot Touring. This was my first solo car buying experience, and as a si Pohanka Honda in Fredericksburg, Virginia. I recently purchased a 2010 Honda Pilot Touring. This was my first solo car buying experience, and as a single woman, I was nervous about purchasing a vehicle. I was, however, immediately put to ease by the courteous, experienced, and knowledgeable staff at Pohanka Honda, especially Bill Hamilton, sales consultant. I was treated with the upmost respect, and Bill was more than willing to answer all of my questions regarding both the Pilot product and financial information. I called Pohanka Honda and spoke with Bill Hamilton about purchasing a Honda Pilot. He immediately asked if I would like to come in to test drive a Pilot, and of course, I agreed. Mr. Hamilton was friendly and professional from the moment I walked into the dealership. I was very impressed about his knowledge on the Honda product, particularly the Honda Pilot. I learned much about the Pilot and its features during the test drive. I needed time to think about this important purchase, and Bill did not pressure me into buying that evening. He gave me his business card and told me to call him if I had any questions or needed further information. Of course, I did call Mr. Hamilton, but this time I was more than ready to purchase the Honda Pilot. When I came into the dealership the next week, again, I was impressed by how courteous Mr. Hamilton and all the Pohanka staff were to me. Mr. Hamilton took the time to show me all the many features on my new Honda Pilot, including the navigation system and hands-free cell phone service. The entire experience was pleasant and smooth. I worked with Chuck in the financial department, and he was very knowledgeable and friendly, as well. I am extremely pleased with Pohanka Honda, and I absolutely LOVE my new Honda Pilot.
