Worst Ever Experince Last month i have bought a new Honda vehicle from Pohanka Honda. Sales man was good. He helped me find out good car and everything went well on the day i purchased. When i went back home checked my credit history, my credit history was checked twice without intimating me. I was very polite is ask Pohanka employee, why there are two request, he gave multiple irresponsible replies. Again, today i got a call from their Sales head(Person claimed himself ) , he was very rude in asking few documents. Buying Honda from Pohanka does not mean that, they can talk anything to a customer. But is the attitude he showed me, when he was speaking with me. Be very careful. Post purchase experience is horrible. 1. Two time credit check for single purchase this is purely because of poor co-ordination between your departments. When i question about these, i was given some irresponsible answers. 2. Worst attitude shown post purchase: Some one one claimed him self as a Pohanka Honda Sales head, spoke with me, something i dont want to speak with others or hear from anybody. More

Best Experience Ever!!!!! This has been by far the BEST experience ever buying a new car! Olga Kerry brought a whole new meaning to the definition of excellent customer service This has been by far the BEST experience ever buying a new car! Olga Kerry brought a whole new meaning to the definition of excellent customer service. She has far exceeded my expectations. We have negotiated the “out the door price” over the phone and when I arrived, she had EVERYTHING, ready for me, just a couple signatures and I was on my way with my new car and I got a better price than all the other dealerships in the area (to include those out of State). The other staff members that I interacted with (to include the Sales Manager “Tim”) also gave excellent customer service. Though my interaction with him was just for a simple inquiry, not haggling back and forth. In fact, this was the first time I ever bought a new car and the sales person did not have to go back and forth with the manager while I sat and waited (Olga already did that as I was driving to the dealership). The facilities are great for the entire family. They offer a quiet room with multiple PCs available to use, massage chairs, and a kids play room, and to top it all off,… free Lattes!
