The sales representative’s Amelia/Joseph and the Sales Manager Kingsley are very helpful in explaining about the car in detail and the purchase process. I got it for a good deal and I would recommend to my friends as well. Though the entire process took a bit more time at the dealership , I was happy to drive back my new car on the same day. Bought a new car in 2013 and had to replace starter in 2015. The service adviser was completely unfazed by the fact that there was a service bulletin outlining that the 2103 and 2014 Honda Accords had a problem The service adviser was completely unfazed by the fact that there was a service bulletin outlining that the 2103 and 2014 Honda Accords had a problem with the starting of the vehicle. Nothing I could do and had to except that BS. Will never go back and never buy another Honda. The adviser was only concerned with the survey that I will fill out and rate him poorly. I will give him credit for one thing, he gave me a $50 coupon on an $700 bill. WooHoo! I quote from Quora: "So lets just say that a starter is good for about 100,000 miles." Car has 65,000 miles and there are a lot highway miles. More
