Stay Away from this Dealership, they're a scam I have purchased two Mercedes benz over the last 10 years and have been extremely happy with the sales, service and friendliness of both dealerships i I have purchased two Mercedes benz over the last 10 years and have been extremely happy with the sales, service and friendliness of both dealerships in the past, one in Texas and one in Illinois. Both experiences were great, not like the one at Plaza. This place is a complete JOKE. I have NEVER in my life been treated in such offensive manner as I was by the supposed General Manager Jerry Patterson. I initially had my car hauled in after being stranded off the side of the road. The mechanic/tech who picked up my car explained to me what the issue was, and of course after dealing with SALES/Service Rep the problem escalated into the thousands. He quoted me a rate and upon arriving it had escalated even more. After pointing it out and actually physically SEEING the initial amount he had quoted ON THE INVOICE IN FRONT OF HIM, EVEN CIRCLED, he turned red and said he'd be right back. Shady business. He came back and corrected it. I get into my car to drive off and find that its in worse condition that picked up. I brought it to their attention, and it wall went downhill from there. I was clearly labeled by their staff as someone who is "needy", someone who wants things for "free" as I was told by Jerry. All I wanted as a Customer was to have my car serviced and in hopes that OTHER issues wouldn't pop up, which they did. I was directed to Jerry Patterson when I called to complain about the condition of my car after picking it up. He quickly said that he'd take care of it and that the Service Mgr "Matt" would take care of me personally just to bring it in. Jerry didn't even listen to my concern and didn't even know the issue. I guess Jerry is a busy man. Upon bringing my car in and asking for Matt (who never came to greet me or apologize) but sent me the same Rep, they took care of the problem. But still, was an awful and VERY UNCOMFORTABLE EXPERIENCE FOR ME. None the less, my car went down a week later, same initial problem, in which the Mercedes Benz Tower told me that theyd' take care of the issue since it was what I HAD JUST PAID OVER A GRAND FOR. Of course only to receive an invoice for a couple more thousand. Jerry Patterson, supposed General Manager for Plaza Motors called me and without listening to my concern said "come pick up your xxxx car, we're done helping you". I replied to him and asked if he was not going to listen to my concern and he quickly said "no". After an exchange of words he hung up. I had to pay out of pocket to haul the car to TRI STAR MERCEDES. AFTER MEETING WITH THAT TEAM, I CAN SAY THAT ...that is how a business labeled MERCEDES BENZ should be run. Get some tips fro Tri Star ! I highly recommend you go elsewhere before going to check out these unprofessional people at Plaza. I will NEVER refer people to this place of business, Jerry Patterson is vile. More
Went in for scheduled service & a minor brake adjustment. Tonia Zellmer, my service advisor, was great! She was very thorough, and It's clear she knows her business. My sales person (Shannon Hedin is professional, knowlegeable, and very patient. The time he spends ensuring that I am completely satisfied with not only my vehicle, but with what ever work is done knowlegeable, and very patient. The time he spends ensuring that I am completely satisfied with not only my vehicle, but with what ever work is done is amazing. He never tries to sale or push anything off on me. I don't have an operators manual for my Mercedes so whenever I am in the dealership he is happy to answer any and all questions, as well as go to my vehicle and show me how this or that works. I just have one question, is the service this good at all of the dealerships? More

Just bought a 2014 CLA 250 Everything was perfect. The only complaint which it really is not that the sales men was more excited than I was. I just wanted to hit my payment mark even know I loved the car only complaint which it really is not that the sales men was more excited than I was. I just wanted to hit my payment mark even know I loved the car and everything about it. He kept saying its yours its yours. At the end Payments was spot on and it was mine. I did a lot of reading about the car and knew more than the sales men on hand and he even admitted it and didn't give me the political answer, and if I needed any info about the car he was back in 2 sec with the right answer.
