I asked for a lease quote on a E350 4Matic on their "Get a Quote Now" form. Okay, so I follow the link and get the standard MB advertisement.....I didn't exactly need to contact the internet manager for this info. In any case, I email back asking for specific such as drive away inception payment, money factor, residual value. Never heard from him again. The irony of it all is that I was ready to get a Benz. All he had to do was get me something in the ballpark. After not hearing from him for a couple days, I decided I didn't want to do business with these guys so I went and bought a BMW. No matter, the BMW is fantastic so it was truly a blessing in disguise that Plaza was so incompetent. After reading the previous customer's comments, it looks like my experience is not unique. Yes, I am soooo glad I didn't buy from them. More
