Another dealer had offered us lower, but Damon matched the number from Edmunds and KBB. Everyone at the dealer was great. Great dealership.. I went in having read a few negative comments about Plaza auto mall. So I figured I go in and just look at the Kia I was interested in so I have an idea of the trim level and price point for when I went to another dealership I would already know what I wanted. I was met at the door by Damon Jones who is one of the salesmen. I have to say Damon from his introduction was courteous, he asked me what car I was interested in looking at and proceeded to tell me all about the vehicle. Not once did it feel as he was reciting a sales pitch. The best thing I have to say is that Damon never pressured me. He gave me the information I was looking for and kind of just let me take in the vehicle. We sat down and between him and Julio the sales manager they put a great deal on the table for me. I now drive a 2016 Kia Sorento. I went in thinking the worst of this dealership and walked out thinking the opposite. Great dealership!!! More
