Just looking and walk out with a new car I was just going to see the new cars ,definitely not buying and the next thing I new, I had a brand new car with a price I could not resist. I actuall I was just going to see the new cars ,definitely not buying and the next thing I new, I had a brand new car with a price I could not resist. I actually handed Stephanie and Damon my keys to my old car and they handed me the keys to my new car. No money down...no haggling just a fantastic price from go!!!! I couldn't resist the offer...This is the first dealership I ever walked into and leased a car without a battle for a good price. Damon Jones was my salesman and it was as if he knew exactly what I was looking for. He made me feel comfortable, was very informative about his product; and made sure that I was taken care of as best as possible. Even after a week he called just to follow up and make sure that I was happy with my purchase. That tells a lot about the customer service extended at Kia. Personally I highly recommend his services to anyone, and I have already sent him three referrals and they too were happy. Thank you Damon, for making life easier. More

Best Experience Ever I literally had to walk in, sign my papers and drive away in my new Kia Cadenza. I went looking for the mangers at Plaza Kia, Stefanie and Julio and t I literally had to walk in, sign my papers and drive away in my new Kia Cadenza. I went looking for the mangers at Plaza Kia, Stefanie and Julio and the salesman Marvin. Due to my first experience with them when I leased my first vehicle the Kia Optima. And of course they didn't let me down. I dropped off my old lease and was driving my brand new car in 15 minutes. Crazy but true. Thanks again... Go to Plaza you will not be disappointed. More

My recent 2016 Kia Sorento lease, was the best car buying experience that I have ever had, or heard of anyone having. I was so impressed with the Plaza Kia staff and professionalism, that I wanted to write this review for anyone who would stumble upon it. I could not ask for anything more, and of course the price was right. Damon the sales person, and Stephanie the manager, were attentive and responsive to all of my needs and requests, and were so efficient in getting everything done in the most timely manner. Stephanie, as a General Manger, took the time and was extremely receptive and accessible throughout the process. I can not thank them enough for their professionalism and efficiency. If you are looking for a KIA, you do not need to call a "leasing guy" to get the best price. You can get the hands on experience of a dealership and the cut to the chase pricing as well.
